SDG4: ENSURE QUALITY EDUCATION

ステラの使命は、技術的・職業的能力など、雇用や働きがいのある仕事の遂行、また起業に必要な高い技能を備えた若者や成人の数を大幅に増やすことです。
Stella’s mission is to substantially increase the number of youths and adults who have the relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills, for employment, decent jobs and entrepreneurship.

質の高い教育の提供とは：

What it means:

提供方法：質を確保しつつ、さらに質の高い教育へ誰もがアクセスできるような環境を拡大する必要があります。幅広い教育およびトレーニング方式を使用して、学習の機会を増やし、多様化することが重要です。

Access: Equitable access to quality education needs to be expanded while quality is ensured. Learning opportunities should be increased and diversified, using a wide range of education and training modalities.

スキルの習得：ステラでは、仕事に特化したスキルに加えて、問題解決、批判的（論理的）思考、創造性、チームワーク、コミュニケーションスキル、紛争解決など、高レベルの認知能力と非認知能力（転換可能な技能）の開発に重点を置いています。

Skills acquisition: Beyond work-specific skills, Stella Innovations places an emphasis on developing high-level cognitive and non-cognitive/transferable skills, such as problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, communication skills and conflict resolution.

The knowledge, skills, values and attitudes required by citizens to lead productive lives, make informed decisions and assume active roles locally and globally in facing and resolving global challenges can be acquired through education for sustainable development and global citizenship education, which includes peace and human rights education, as well as intercultural education and education for international understanding.

雇用創出や、地方文化の振興、産品の販促につながる、持続可能な観光業やその他事業を促進すると同時に、国内製品をサポートおよびローカライズし、国際市場に進出する道を築く支援をするための施策を考案・実施します。
Devise and implement policies to promote sustainable tourism and other business sectors that create jobs and promote local culture and products, and at same time support and localize domestic products and assist in creating channels for penetrating international markets.
